01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the nona88 platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by:

• These Terms & Conditions;
• nona88's Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference;
• nona88's Responsible Gaming Policy, incorporated herein by reference;
• Any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the Platform.

These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and nona88. nona88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

03 Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain an account on nona88, you must confirm and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of Indonesia or are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party;
• You are not a current or former employee of nona88, its affiliates, subsidiaries, or partner companies, nor are you a close family member of any such employee;
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the nona88 platform or any affiliated platform;
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from doing so;
• Gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally.

nona88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

04 Account Registration

Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) account on nona88. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a Prohibited Activity and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name, as it appears on your national identity document (KTP Nasional for Indonesian residents);
• Your date of birth;
• A valid email address that you own and control;
• A valid mobile phone number registered in Indonesia;
• Your current residential address in Indonesia.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. Any changes to personal details must be reported to nona88 customer support promptly. nona88 accepts no liability for issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Member.

Account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — are strictly personal and must not be shared with any other person. nona88 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access caused by a Member's failure to secure their credentials.

05 Identity Verification (KYC)

nona88 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. You acknowledge and agree that:

• nona88 may request identity verification documents at any time, including at registration, before processing your first withdrawal, or following a change in account activity patterns;
• Required documents typically include: a clear copy of your national ID (KTP Nasional), proof of residential address (e.g., a recent bank statement or utility bill), and a selfie photograph holding your ID document;
• All submitted documents must be valid, unaltered, and clearly legible;
• nona88 reserves the right to request additional documentation where the standard set is insufficient to verify identity to the required standard;
• Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete;
• All personal data collected during the KYC process is handled in accordance with nona88's Privacy Policy.

KYC verification is a one-time process for most Members. However, nona88 may require re-verification in the event of significant changes to account details or unusual transaction patterns.

06 Deposits

nona88 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following payment methods:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata;
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Members should review current limits before initiating a transfer;
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be refunded to the originating account;
• nona88 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees for which nona88 bears no responsibility;
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account Balance within 1–5 minutes of confirmed receipt. In the event of a delayed credit, Members should contact support with the transaction reference number;
• nona88 reserves the right to request proof of payment for any deposit transaction as part of its fraud prevention and AML compliance procedures.

07 Withdrawals

nona88 is committed to fast, reliable payouts. The following terms govern all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in the Member's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances;
• The average processing time for withdrawals via all supported local banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) is under 3 minutes during normal operating hours;
• Withdrawal requests submitted during high-volume periods or outside standard banking hours may experience minor delays. nona88 will communicate any service interruptions via the Platform;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed in the Member's account withdrawal section;
• nona88 reserves the right to conduct additional security or KYC checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or requests that exceed standard thresholds;
• Only real-money Account Balance funds — not Bonus Funds that have not yet met the applicable Wagering Requirement — are eligible for withdrawal;
• nona88 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, intermediary bank charges may apply and are the Member's sole responsibility.

In the event that a withdrawal is declined, the funds will be returned to the Member's Account Balance and a reason for the decline will be communicated via the support channel. Common reasons include incomplete KYC verification, unmet wagering requirements, or a mismatch between the withdrawal account and the registered payment method.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

nona88 offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including the applicable Wagering Requirement, eligible games, minimum deposit threshold, expiry date, and maximum withdrawal limit derived from bonus winnings. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion;
• Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn;
• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Funds balance and are not part of the Member's real-money Account Balance until Wagering Requirements are fulfilled;
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address;
• nona88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a bonus has already been credited, any unfulfilled Wagering Requirement will be assessed on a case-by-case basis;
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means — including the use of multiple accounts, false information, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms — will be voided, and the associated account(s) permanently closed;
• nona88 reserves the right to exclude any Member from a specific promotion or from all promotions, at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

09 Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply across all product verticals on the nona88 platform, including the sportsbook, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), bandar bola (sports bookmaking), and sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting) markets:

• All bets are placed and settled at the odds or payout rates displayed at the time the bet is accepted by the Platform. Odds and payout rates may fluctuate before a bet is confirmed;
• nona88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was displayed in error, including incorrect odds, incorrect event details, or system errors;
• In the event of a technical failure occurring mid-game or mid-event, nona88's decision on the settlement of affected bets is final;
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to the Platform's in-play betting rules. nona88 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time;
• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to be correct for a payout. If one leg is void, the bet may be recalculated or settled as a void according to the specific mix parlay rules applicable at the time;
• Maximum win limits apply per bet and per day across all product categories. Current limits are available in the relevant betting rules section of the Platform;
• nona88 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or suspend betting access for any Member whose account shows patterns indicative of match fixing, arbitrage betting, or other prohibited activity.

Game-specific rules for live casino titles (including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, and Sic Bo) are governed by the rules of the relevant game provider and are accessible within the game interface.

10 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nona88 platform:

• Multi-Accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one account on the Platform, whether personally or through nominees;
• Fraud & Chargebacks: Filing fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks against legitimate deposits, or depositing funds via stolen or unauthorized payment methods;
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional terms through techniques including, but not limited to, hedging, arbitrage within nona88, or using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion;
• Match Fixing & Collusion: Participating in, facilitating, or benefiting from the fixing of any sporting event or casino game outcome, or colluding with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Automated Betting Systems: Using bots, scripts, macros, AI-assisted automated betting tools, or any other software that places or manages bets without genuine human decision-making per wager;
• Money Laundering: Using the nona88 platform to deposit, transfer, withdraw, or obscure the origins of illegally obtained funds;
• Minors Gaming: Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your nona88 account, or providing false age information during registration;
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another Member's account, the Platform's backend systems, or any other nona88 infrastructure.

11 Responsible Gaming

nona88 is committed to promoting safe, enjoyable, and responsible gambling for all of its Members. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, and nona88 actively discourages any betting behavior that may lead to financial or personal harm.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control spending;
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum loss amount you are comfortable with over a given period;
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the maximum duration of any single session on the Platform;
• Reality Check Reminders: Receive periodic notifications reminding you of your session length and net balance change;
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12 Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right, license, or interest in any intellectual property belonging to nona88 or its licensors.

You may not, without the express prior written consent of nona88:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform's software;
• Use the nona88 name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies an affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from nona88;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform for any commercial purpose.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nona88, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Loss of goodwill or reputation;
• Inability to access the Platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events;
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

nona88's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any services provided thereunder shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nona88 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure, though we commit to maintaining an industry-standard 99.8% uptime SLA and to communicating any planned downtime with adequate notice.

14 Privacy & Data

nona88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. Key data-handling commitments include:

• All personal data is encrypted in transit using 256-bit SSL technology and encrypted at rest in accordance with industry standards;
• Personal data is collected and processed only for lawful purposes directly related to the provision of the nona88 service, including account management, payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming compliance;
• nona88 does not sell, rent, or share personal data with unauthorized third parties. Data sharing with licensed payment processors (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) is strictly limited to what is necessary to process your transactions;
• Members may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting nona88 support. Requests will be processed in accordance with the timeframes and conditions set out in the Privacy Policy.

15 Amendments to These Terms

nona88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, nona88 will notify registered Members via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than 7 days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the nona88 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend that all Members review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nona88 holds its international operating license.

In the event of any dispute between a Member and nona88, the following procedure applies:

• Step 1 — Informal Resolution: The Member must first contact nona88 customer support in writing, providing full details of the complaint. nona88 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and endeavor to resolve it within 14 business days;
• Step 2 — Escalation: If the complaint is not resolved at Step 1 to the Member's satisfaction, the Member may request escalation to nona88's senior compliance team, who will conduct an independent internal review within a further 14 business days;
• Step 3 — Arbitration: If the dispute remains unresolved following the internal escalation process, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitral body specified in nona88's licensing jurisdiction. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause limits nona88's right to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in order to prevent irreparable harm.
